No Show & Cancellations 

To respect the time of our providers and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment will incur a $100 no-show fee.
The credit card on file will be automatically charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Clients with a history of repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or frequent rescheduling may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before scheduling future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.
