General Info
At Beauty Lab and Laser Center, we prioritize the safety of all our guests. For this reason, children 12 and under must not be left unattended in the waiting area and are not allowed in treatment rooms unless permitted by the provider. We kindly encourage you to arrange care for your during your visit. Additionally, please note that no pets are allowed, except for service animals. Thank you for your understanding!
New Client Scheduling & Payments
We understand that scheduling and payments are an important part of the med spa experience, which is why we offer flexible options for our clients. As a new client, we offer a 30 minute consultation to discuss the treatment you desire and any questions you may have. A deposit is required for all new clients seeking treatment, this deposit will be applied to the cost of the scheduled treatment. Payment is due at the time of service. Rescheduling & Cancellations
At Beauty Lab & Laser Center, we know that life can be unpredictable. That's why we have a simple policy for cancellations and rescheduling- just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we can make the necessary adjustments. Please note that if you reschedule the same appointment multiple times, it will be cancelled, and a full payment deposit will be required before rebooking to secure the new appointment. **As a courtesy we send a text reminder a day or two before your scheduled appointment time, please be sure to respond in a timely matter if you will or cannot make the appointment.
