Pre-Care Filler 

  1. Do not work-out 24 hours before your procedure. ​

  2. No alcohol or caffeine 48 hours before your procedure. ( yes, there is caffeine in decaf and tea) 

  3. Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure. 

  4. Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours  before your  procedure. If you are taking these medications under a doctor's prescription, consult with your prescriber before discontinuing them. 

  5. Avoid Fish oil, prenatal vitamins, nutritional shakes, "Hair, Skin and Nails" supplements 48 hours prior to procedure. 

  6. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. 

  7. No dental work, at least two weeks before and after treatment to reduce risk of infection.

  8. If you are prone to cold sores, notify your provider. We may prescribe an antiviral medication to take before and after the treatment to prevent an outbreak.  

  9. On the day of the appointment, arrive with a clean face.

  10. Have a light meal prior to appointment to assist with lightheadedness. 

  11. Schedule your filler appointment at least two weeks before any major events to allow time for potential bruising or swelling to subside. 

Pre-Care Lasers

  1. Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sun and tanning beds for at least two weeks prior to your treatment. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily. 

  2. Avoid Other Treatments: Refrain from other skin treatments like chemical peels, waxing or microdermabrasion at least 2 weeks prior to treatment. 

  3. Shave the Area: If you are having hair removal laser treatment, Shave the area 24-48 hours before treatment. Do NOT use hair removal creams or wax. 

  4. Clean the Area: Ensure the treatment area is clean and free of make-up, lotion, perfumes, or deodorant on the day of your appointment. 

  5.  Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to keep hydrated. 

  6. Medical Conditions: Inform your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or history of cold sores/herpes simplex. An antiviral medication may be prescribed before treatment if you are prone to cold sores. 

Pre-Care Microblading

  1. Do not work-out 24 hours before your procedure. ​

  2. No alcohol or caffeine 48 hours before your procedure. ( yes, there is caffeine in decaf and tea) 

  3. Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure. 

  4. Do not Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours  before your  procedure. 

  5. Avoid Fish oil, prenatal vitamins, nutritional shakes, "Hair, Skin and nails" supplements 48 hours prior to procedure. 

  6. Discontinue Retin-A at least 4 weeks prior and refrain from any use of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) products 2 weeks prior (avoid eyebrow area after procedure) 

  7. Botox and Filler on the forehead temple and eye area should be avoided 1 month prior to procedure. 

  8. No brow waxing, tinting, or treading 1 week prior ( the more natural hair growth you have, the better! 

  9. Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion or facials for 4 weeks prior. ***Please Note: you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle
