Semaglutide for Weight Loss

 We are excited to help you on your journey towards better health. To get started we ask that you bring a copy of your lab work within the last year. If you are unable to get labs through your PCP, we are able to assist with this. We will require a pancreatic panel upon initiation. Likely this won't be covered by insurance.  Once you set up your intake appointment with our Nurse Practitioner, Julie she will go over your health history, expectations, candidacy, risks and potential side effects with this protocol. We cherish guiding our clients through every step of their weight loss journey, ensuring they never feel alone. Our providers are on call 24/7 to address any questions or concerns during this protocol. During your initial intake appointment, you will receive your first shot and  B12 injection. This is all included in your initial consultation fee.  Weekly cost is dependent upon dosage. We will see you weekly until you feel ready to administer your shot yourself.
